    Ordering?

    • We want every customer to be happy with their Clayley purchase. Please make sure you have choosen the right product, colour and payment method before completing the order process. If you decide you would like to exchange or purchased a wrong product we will be able to issue refund or store credit on the product price. We will not be able to refund the shipping cost and also the customer would have to pay for return shipping. 

    Shipping?

    • We ship worldwide. Customers in Australia can choose standard shipping or express based on their need. Please click on the shipping page for more details.

    Warranty?

    • All Clayley products come with 2 years warranty. Please refer to Warranty or email us on hello@clayley.com.au
